On April 23rd, 2010, Standard and Poor's has downgraded the ratings of eleven banks in view of the inpact on their balance sheets of the general negative environment and outlook of the Italian economy. In this occasion, they provided to change the counterparty rating of Banca Carim from BBB to BBB-, and the short
term rating from A-2 to A-3 improving the outlook from negative to stable.
As a consequence, the updated situation of Banca Carim is the following:
